In 1-1 coaching, if the client takes their agreed actions as part of the programme, we know they will see results.

A psychology graduate, with a background in teaching, then in the pharmaceutical industry, Shona has trained, coached and mentored others for over 30 years.

Now, as a fully qualified coach, an Associate of The Mind Gym and a member of the Professional Speakers Association and the Association for Coaching, she facilitates and coaches in organisations across the UK.

Associates

All associates selected as part of Shona Garner Coaching are well known to us. They have been selected not only because they are highly skilled professionals, but also hold high ethical standards.

All associates meet the following criteria:

They are fully accredited coaches of a recognised body, such as the Association for Coaching, or the International Coaching Federation.
They have attended coach-specific training
They are expected to provide evidence of CPD annually.
They have a supervisor

In addition, some are NLP Practitioner or Master Practitioner qualified.
