Manager as Coach Program

Understanding how and when to use coaching skills can significantly enhance a manager's ability to motivate, encourage and support those in their team.  This programme develops an understanding of the core skills and raises awareness of how and when to use a coaching approach for best effect.

A grounding in the core skills, and the opportunity to put the learning into practice in the workplace, requires 6 half day modules, or 3 full days, ideally taken over a period of a few weeks, to allow for personal review and practice.  However, we always take time to discuss issues such as budget, time constraints and current skill levels so that we can tailor the course more closely to your needs.  If there are specific coaching skills you want to focus on for example, we can do that.  If you want more depth we can do that too.
