Most of our work is bespoke, and tailored to suit each individual client.
However, we know that many organisations want to review a new provider before committing
to a longer programme of development or coaching. Some have a very specific requirement
which can be easily met through a half day workshop or facilitation session.
To meet these needs we offer a range of interactive workshops which help build or introduce
specific skills.
What's more, for any company new to us, we offer to run a half day workshop of your choice or
a half day facilitation session, and if you are not happy with the quality
of our work, you won't owe us a penny!

- Introduction to Manager as Coach
How well do your managers manage? What is the difference between a manager and a coach?
When is it appropriate to wear each "hat?" How could coaching skills enhance the ability
of your managers to motivate, encourage, and support those in their team?
Leadership which stunts the creativity essential for improving processes and dealing with
competition, or which de-motivates and undervalues team members, can have disastrous
consequences for your organisation. In today's fast-paced, competitive business world, the
old style of command and control leadership could not only slow down your business, but
seriously affect your profitability and competitive edge.
This workshop forms the basis of a Manager as Coach Programme, and introduces the concept
of coaching, its importance and the core skills required of a coach. A self-assessment
to allow participants to understand their own strengths and skill gaps forms part of the session.
