• Telephone Coaching

Sessions of around 45-50 minutes at a pre-arranged time. more...

This is the most popular option.  Telephone coaching allows you all the benefits of coaching, but from the comfort of your own home.  All you need is somewhere quiet, a phone line, some paper and a pencil or pen.  You will be encouraged to keep a journal.

Does it work?

Absolutely!  Telephone coaching is an extremely cost-effective and time-effective way of helping you move forward.  The number of sessions you take depends upon your needs and is very flexible.  This would be discussed before you begin.  You also have e-mail support between sessions for the duration of your chosen programme.

• Face to Face Coaching

Sessions of around 2 hours at a pre-arranged time and place. more...

Some people really do prefer face to face contact, at least for some sessions.  We are based in South Yorkshire, so please bear in mind that travel costs and time are, of necessity, a part of the overall cost for this type of coaching.

For some people, face to face for the first session, with subsequent coaching over the phone is a good choice.

• E-support coaching

This is a relatively new, but developing area for us.  more...

There is currently a six-week health e-coaching course, designed to help you improve your health and well-being, available on this site, with additional on-line support through a forum of like-minded individuals taking the same course.  These courses can stand alone, or you can book the course plus between one to three telephone coaching sessions in addition, to help you stay on track.
